Dallas Oncology offers patients the opportunity to participate in phase II and III clinical trials. Below is a brief listing of the diseases for which current trials are available. Please talk with your physician regarding eligibility.
Breast cancer:
Adjuvant therapy and first line therapy for metastatic disease
Colon cancer:
First line therapy for metastatic disease
Non-small cell lung cancer:
First, second and third line therapy for systemic metastatic disease. Therapy for metastatic disease to the brain in combination with radiation therapy
Small cell lung cancer:
First line therapy for extensive stage disease
Multiple myeloma:
First line therapy for non-transplant candidates
Prostate cancer:
Novel combination therapy for hormone refractory disease, expanded-access trial for taxotere refractory disease
Renal cancer:
Intergroup adjuvant chemotherapy trial
Supportive care:
Novel therapy for cancer-related cachexia and pain
ITP:
Therapy with a thrombopoietin receptor agonist
